As you search for a therapist, the most important thing is to find someone who can help you with the current obstacles you are facing. You deserve someone who is competent, accepting, and compassionate. I am committed to walking alongside you as you deal with life’s difficulties and struggles. I assist in bringing clarity and focus while working with you toward meeting your goals. I see clients between the ages of 16 and 60 and utilize an approach that fits the specific needs of each individual.
I specialize in working with individuals struggling with anxiety and depression, as well as other life changes. I have years of experience working with first responders as well as their significant others. I am trained and certified in grief therapy and have supported many in processing the loss of loved ones.
Rooted in the belief that everyone’s life experience is uniquely theirs, I use a variety of approaches in order to find what will work best with each individual, meeting them where they are. I am well-versed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I also utilize Solution-Focused, Narrative, and Person-Centered Therapy techniques.
I support the LGBTQ+ community.
